Wood type

Keroewing

Keroewing – also known as keruing – is common in Southeast Asia and has a beautiful light to deep reddish-brown color. Thanks to its warm color and chic appearance, this wood species is popular in the parquet world. However, the wood does have a fairly large effect, so proper moisture control is very important. We do not recommend a combination with underfloor heating for this reason. A parquet floor in keroewing can be perfectly finished with lacquer, hard wax or oil.
